beans in a can

ellery and i decided to try out a little art project we found on pinterest. put a piece of paper around the inside of a can. add marbles or beans, as well as paint. shake & make art! easy enough, right? well, mama must have put in too much paint because instead of shaking, the beans just stuck to the inside of the container. ellery really didn't mind though. she did a little "sensory exploration" - ie eating the can. and might i add she looked pretty cute doing it!

we tried to get the paper out, but it was one big sloppy paint mess. hence the last picture of e stripped down to her diaper - some of the paint got on her clothes. i think she planned it that way so she could hang out in her diaper :)
